These are the supporting documents.  Appendix A: Charts and Tables will give you more data compared in slightly different ways if you are really interested.  Appendix B includes a copy of the survey and a summary of the results from the SAS computer program analysis of the data.  Appendix C has the interview questions and the coding matrix I used.  This is probably more information than you want, but please feel free to browse!
