This was the final project for the core Arts In Education class with Jessica Davis.  She made up a ficticious Request for Proposals from Nigel Molesworth with the Longfellow Foundation that specified the guidelines for the assignment.  We had to partner arts organizations and a school, make a five year plan with attention to assessment and replication, and support it with only the literature from the AIE class.  Though it was part of the assignment, I left out the "budget" section here-- way too fake.  I include this paper as a lightly developed brainstorm.
